Exciting opportunity to join the Landau Marine

Landau Marine is on the lookout for a new Project Manager to lead the Commercial & Small Boats side of our business. The role would suit an experienced and dynamic project manager who’s keen to make his mark in a growing SME.

Our current operations are based in Swanwick, Warsash & Marchwood.

Key tasks include:

Planning projects in line with business requirements and adherence to ISO processes
To manage all staff and sub-contractors under your direct control
Management of procurement activities to ensure goods are available for all projects in a timely manner
To monitor the H&S processes within the business, linking these to the current ISO standards
Influence engineers to work effectively in a team and ensure they meet their own targets
To assist the sales team in pricing as and when necessary
To monitor and review each project and ensure that agreed margins are achieved and that the quality of work is to the desired standard
To support client visits and meetings as required
