After studying Business and Finance Tina started her career with a local engineering company. She very quickly moved up the ranks resulting in managing the office and accounts department. Ten years on, a career change saw Tina managing a best practice programme on behalf of the DTI which gave her exposure to UK industry adopting exemplar processes and procedures and considered the best in their field. This experience was the stepping stone that enabled Tina to return to finance and put into practice her consultative techniques and methods. Commercially focused with a flair for forecasting and financial planning Tina runs the Landau finance department.

Outside of work Tina has a competitive side and plays league netball with her local team. To relax there is nothing she likes more than a walk through the amazing countryside where she lives with her miniature dachshund Denzel stopping off at the local pub for a nice cold glass of wine.
