Jess grew up in Cornwall before relocating to Whiteley 3 years ago. Since completing her psychology degree at Bournemouth University she has already clocked up 7 years of experience in customer service roles which will stand her in good stead as she deals with Landau’s varied customer and supplier base.

As an avid traveller Jess recently added Greece to her growing list of visited destinations. Last year she spent 3 months backpacking through Asia where she hiked on an active volcano and also swam with whale sharks.
